Suggestions for improvement
- It's great to be a safety net for the company but balance that with productivity. Fire all middle management.
What I like about the company
The facilities were nice.
The people I worked with were great.
What I dislike about the company
Management was micromanaging its employees.
It took a hours worth of paperwork to get 15 seconds of work done.
If you didn't fit the manager's personality (yes, Ma'am) you would be worked hard with unattainable goals so that they could put you on a 'program' and then let go.
