A LOT of micromanaging
working in a team is not big here. Its more of a seniority ladder and you escalate any issues to someone who has been there longer, even if they don't know a lot.
They will promise you one thing to get you in the door and then under-deliver
If you're past service desk level there is not much else

What I dislike about the company
They talked the job up more than it was, promised me a review after 6mo and led me to believe I would do more of what I was doing prior. They forgot about the review until I brought it up. A lot of micro managing, and no team collaboration. Low pay. This job is mainly for people out of a 2 year college with no prior experience. Projects department often does a poor job, cuts corners or under-delivers causing problems that gets pushed to service desk. Many clients have O365 but no DirSync. Tons of configurations that go against all Microsoft best practices. They use many programs against the EULA
