If you have a difficult customer they will give them whatever they want to get them to go away.. No matter if they are wrong. It's very high school he said she said kind of stuff.
If they benefit from helping you they will help if not, you're on your own.
I have been called, texted, or emailed every day I have ever had off and I'm not even management.
