Suggestions for improvement
- Increase the variety of work, provide training and support for employees who want to move up through the division, take employee complaints with regards to workplace harassment seriously, provide enough staff so when illness/injury/vacations happen the rest of the staff is not over burdoned.
I like about the employer
The hours were consistant.
I dislike about the employer
The management (except probably 2 people), fellow staff, lack of team building, lack of flexibility for sick/vacation time (was guilted by management when calling out sick with a severe illness on multiple occasions), lack of opportunities for progression within the company. HR handles employee issues poorly.
