Corporate and management keep there heads in the sand. Acting oblivious to the mismanagement of this branch.
Support from management
Employees are the heart of this operation but are constantly treated like mindless children. Monthly meetings not conducted so not to here the opinion of staff.
Staff and management very catty. Every comment is interpersonalized.
Freedom to work independently
Your assignment is your own be it driver or messenger.
Continously last minute staffing changes. One call out is subject cause the entire staff to be reassigned.
Office / Work Environment
The route truck is your office. They are constantly unclean. In house maintenance is well below sub par. Some vehicles need to be removed from fleet, but the safety issues are continuously ignored
NO ECO CONSCIOUSNESS WHAT SO EVER!!!
NONE!! In order to bill cus timers suprevision will double sometimes triple your work load, which has staff out at all hours of the night. While they are home by 630 pm nightly.
Loomis Armored is a good company over all. The management and supervision at the Richmond branch is not capable of leadership.
Secure, only due to hi turn over. But threats of termination or resignation are continuous.
Truck ramp for wheelchair access.

Once you learn your job it is repetitive. But you can still hold pride in your speed and customer service.

- Corporate should seek better representation of management and supervision for this branch (Richmond)
What I like about the company
The profession over all is great and exciting this location is not properly managed.

No corporate interaction with work force.
