I thought, overall the company culture was very positive! It all depends on who you work with, but most of the people there were pretty great and liked their jobs
Office / Work Environment
It was always cold in there to me, but most people didn't Agree, so it was probably just me.
My work, which was receiving shipments and folding/hanging clothes, to put them on the floor, which was not hard! The only part that was hard, was standing for the entire shift, aside from break, and then trying to hit the numbers that corporate wanted us
Suggestions for improvement
- I would definitely make changes in the way that things are trained. It seemed like a lot of us had been taught the same things, different ways by people. And then it confused everyone. So definitely making sure that training on things is done by 1-2 peopl
What I like about the company
One time we had a all team training, and the new general manager cried when talking about our company and how she felt like she had a purpose in leading our team. It was really cool to see that side of her and know that it's more than just a job to her!
What I dislike about the company
I thought that the quotas/numbers that corporate and management wanted us to hit wasn't realistic. They wanted us to hit a certain number of production, and do it all perfectly. But they didn't realize that doing both, was almost impossible, even with
