Nice people but not everybody.
Support from management
sometimes management do not set clear goals.
We were a team, but new supervisor divided the tasks.
Freedom to work independently
You do what you have to do. Your experience help you.
It is hard when they do not trust experienced individual.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Management do not support older colleagues, to get better positions. Experience count, but they skip this factor.
