Suggestions for improvement
- More free lunches to better team building.
Pretty diverse culture.
Terrible support from leadership as they are too busy dealing with constant turmoil and fear from inconsistent initiatives.
Teams are often isolated so have to fend for themselves.
Actually a must.
Good among individual teams, poor and inconsistent from leadership.
Horrible attitude toward older experience as they are constantly being let go no matter their contributions.
I was able to expand my technical capabilities with the intent of using this knowledge for future employment opportunities.
There seems to be a wall between the employees and management. Work is done in silos by various business segments with little to no communication.
