Support from Management
Management support is there if you have any policy related question or something comes up. My team manager in particular is really great at bridging the gap between management and those who work on the floor. Performance meetings occur on a 2 week basis (might differ based on the team) and management will work with you on anything that might be preventing you from performing your best. Only complaint is there is a broad gap between employees and higher management and I don't feel our voices/concerns are always heard.
Teammates don't always seem to work together. There are some people on our team that can't stand being near each other. Sometimes, people (accidentally or deliberately) forget to pass on job related responsibilities when going to lunch or break causing stress and confusion. Teamwork could be drastically improved.
