Suggestions for improvement
- new higher level superiors to change the culture of the organization.
What I like about the company
decent salary. working in a day program provides good hours and good days off. many employees very nice and caring.
What I dislike about the company
many employees also not nice, not open-minded and are vindictive. higher level superiors try to hide incidents that may not bode well for the agency. higher level superiors dont always care about the individuals they serve as much as they claim to.
