There was very little trust between employees and supervisors it was a cya kind of culture
Support from management
Some leaders lack people skills and logical decision making skills
Freedom to work independently
Work loads were well distributed by foremans. Foremans were very professional and knowledgeable with the business.
I felt like we didn't have regular meetings as much as we should off to illustrate all of the above.
Office / Work Environment
The working conditions were rough you went from a cold environment to a very hot environment. It was s fast pace run run at times.
No comment I thought these issues were well covered
Your end of year holidays were never enjoyed only the hire ups could take vacation during this season no one else could I thought that was downside it wasn't a family friendly type of culture for production employees
Yes I always for the most part felt good about my work
Inclusive / Diverse
Thus area definitely needed improvement.
