a lot of back stabbing
Support from management
no, not at all.
back stabbing and blaming for failures rather than solutions
Freedom to work independently
they did assign your work and left you alone
they did share when you did well but didnt if you were doing badly until it was a total failure
women were throughout our entire organization
Attitude towards older colleagues
they did ok with this
there are some growth available
Overall compensation for your work
it was ok
Office / Work Environment
they expected you to work many hours over
it was good work
always looking for someone to pounce
this was pretty good but room for improvement
it was difficult but rewarding
Inclusive / Diverse
just ok with this
Suggestions for improvement
- reviews from piers as well as managers. also try and not have such a toxic environment. many employees i worked with were afraid to report/say anything regarding specific managers because they were known to fire anyone who spoke against them. one person i know changed her explination of what she saw go on because she could not afford to loose her job.
What I like about the company
they helped me continue my education while i worked.
What I dislike about the company
no over sight of many managers. many are promoted based on friends rather than what they accomplished. also we had many projects fail because upper management took the word of lower management that something could be accomplished when it could not. one project in particular cost us millions, because they took the word of one manager, without checking it out to see if the project could be done that way.
The following benefits were offered to me
