I have applied with United Healthcare Group 3 times, once in 2016, 2018 and again in 2019. Each time, I met all of the job requirements and a few weeks later was told they were not moving forward with my application. The second time, same job req, received a notification although your skills are great, you are not being considered for this job. I selected on the application, "yes" to relocation. Third time, re-applied for a similar position, 3 weeks after that, a recruiter emailed me directly to set up an interview. Four days later we discuss the role, the recruiter goes on to say the hours had changed, some responsibilities as well. Mind you the same job is still posted on Indeed, Monster and Glass-door. So, they did NOT change or remove the original posting. Seems misleading. This job is posted every year seems like. An hour later, it shows that I had withdrawn from the job. I did not withdraw, they changed the position description and hours listed in the ad, but disclosed these changes only during the interview process. This is confusing to applicants and unfair. Now we are marked as having "withdrawn" during the interview process, which makes candidates appear indecisive. Should we decide to re-apply, no doubt our application history looks negative. This was a poor experience for me.
