Support from Management
Very little support from management if you work in the call center
It's really unfortunate when more than half of your team members are not willing to be handy or helpful when a situation arises
Level of Autonomy
Most IT positions, except management, is very micro-managed.
It's one of the few places I have experienced where you are only informed of incidents, escalations, or if you did something wrong. Think of the movie "Office Space" and you know what I mean.
