Insurance was expensive. Pay increases would claim you are a good / excellent employee but no money for increases.
I worked here 5 1/2 years. Even though I always had good reviews, I never felt secure in my position. Company kept sending work overseas.
Work was challenging because training was poor

Flexible hours, telecommuter for some areas
What I dislike about the company
Poor pay, no local supervisor, little or no training, not all areas offer telecommuting even though it is possible (higher up refuses to approve)
