Suggestions for improvement
- Appreciate/Respect Longterm Employees. Maybe change their rules and make it a mandatory retirement at 25years of service rather than Kicking Everyone to the curb
I liked how those on my floor worked together as a team and allowed others to continue to learn.
I didn't like how workcomp was managed and how employee's weren't seen by their injury but about the money. Also didn't like that they looked at you as you were lying and didn't listen to you when you requested for specific tests/images/treatment. They sent me to a doctor who didn't specialize in my injury and then when he no longer so patients with my injury I was told this doctor was the only person I can see.
It is their way or no way. Constant changes are dictacted with no folow through.
They do offer career advancement according to their employee handbook however do not follow this. Many nurses go on to pursure advanced practice degrees but are not hired within as they do not have "experience."
Wages meet experience only bcause of MNA.
Nurses consistently work without breaks.
