Suggestions for improvement
- Changes for upper management. Great company being brought down by deficient direction. Promotion from lower rankings of management might help.
I like about the employer
Great Benefits, very cheap or free in some cases. Tuition reimbursement. Good comradery from most workers.
I dislike about the employer
(Only referring to McAllen Center) bad culture, no room for development. Any time you make a recommendation, only to get stepped on. Hardly any autonomy in decision making from upper management. Report hazards and other concerns only to go unnoticed, but blamed on you. Harsh treatment to employees. No recognition for good work, only scolding for mistakes. (1/1000 mistakes is not perfect enough)
