Suggestions for improvement
- Quit being so oppressive and treat the people like you would want to be treated.
Us v them relationship between employees and management. A "do as we say" culture...any feedback from below is given token "lip service" but not much changes.
Lower level management was mostly supportive and understood the challenges of the position. The upper level management seemed more interested in achieving unrealistic goals than addressing operational issues.
