Support from Management
There was no support. United Protective Services stole fees from Security Officers pay checks and charged Officers for uniforms, and did not return money upon discharge.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be more honest to staff. Explain issues rather than offer lies to satisfy a question. Be honest about payroll. Deal with staff with integrity always. Branch MANAGER must be mature and knowledgeable, and treat individual employees with respect and integrity.
