Suggestions for improvement
- Better training for new employees and cheaper health insurance
Gym and not working there anymore.
Policies and procedures. Benefits. Some supervisors are not management qualified. Employees liked their jobs, just not their managers.
I enjoy working for my company because we help people. It's a hospital, but it doesn't feel like a money machine. We help people regardless of their ability to pay and we don't put any unnecessary pressure on those that are under/uninsured. They receive the exact same care as someone who is fully insured.
