Suggestions for improvement
- Train managers and employees better. Improve team building and communication. Quit special treatment of some employees and recognize through standard practices rather perks.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Too many management changes and with people unfamiliar with job or managing people. Company was doing debt service and kept it quiet. Not every part of company was held accountable for their function.
Company did not enjoy working with people over 55. Did little to assist in controlling discrimination.
Employees did not work as a team and many individuals were listened to over others so that communication was stifled, misleading.
Some supervisors were allowed to work when they wanted, plenty of days off..etc.
Heavy pressure on many departments to work ten hour days rather than staff to needs.
