Suggestions for improvement
- Needs real management, leaders and action, not speeches. Needs to benchmark company industry leader's organizational culture and philosophy and implement it. Needs transformation into a 21st century organization, leaders, management and culture.
What I like about the company
The stable employment, fair to good compensation and health care benefits.
What I dislike about the company
No formal mentoring program, nepotism is rampant yet it's existence is denied 100%, organizational culture and philosophy is 1980s, rampant position mismatching, HR Management is non-existent, not progressive.
