What employees say

Employees like

I got along well with everyone except my immediate supervisor. The hours weren't bad, although we only had 30 minutes for lunch.
It is mentally challenging. The job is stable; the pay is in line with market standards. The people are second to none.
The work assignments always present a new set of circumstances and provide me with opportunities to use my talents in different ways.
I work for the United States Department of Defense, which provides a stable work environment, yet presents daily challenges which stimulate my mind and judgments.

Suggestions for improvement

I would replace one supervisor immediately. I would allow lunch to be extended to 1 hour.
I've been at my job over 30 years. If I felt like they ought to change, I should have aired my complaints long ago. Obviously, I don't have any. Quit trying so hard to try to please every employee. Some folks just have their minds made up to be miserable, and nothing will satisfy them. So, just move on to someone who is pleasant.
I have no complaints. The work/life balance is good, the pay is good, and the job is secure. That leaves very little room for complaining.
I can't think of a thing they need to do differently. Keep up the great work.
Less time training.
