There is no leadership support. The District Manger is incompetent.
Suggestions for improvement
- Structure your DM and be sure they're able to manage people. The job is difficult no doubt, the DM and his negative attitude is the number one reason folks leave. In 2015, 75 technicians were terminated.

I dislike about the employer
Their ability to embrace a team atmosphere. Every technician seems to be on their own with deadlines that are impossible for the conditions.
