The culture at the post office for CCA's is miserable.
Support from Management
There is hardly no support from supervisors. Supervisors number one goal is the bottom line of the company. They give CCaAs twice the amount of work than they do regulars.
Both CCA's and regular carriers worked well together.
Level of Autonomy
You spend most of the hours by yourself, so yes.
The post office would send out postal surveys to ask employees what they think is expected of them on the job. Surveys would be sent out once or twice a year. The postal record was sent out monthly detailing company's goals and employee recognitions.
