Company culture

Depending on the people you're around (not true all of the time) working there can feel like a "boys club" and sometimes women are treated as outsiders, or worse, objectified. Usually it's just comments about appearance, but most men on this job do not try to hide the fact that they use their position to attract women. You also cannot trust your co-workers not to spread rumors about you and your work ethic - no matter which gender you are.

Level of Autonomy

Depending on who your supervisor is, you can have a great day/shift or a terrible one. Some of the people this agency promotes do not deserve it. They are not good leaders. Some of them really are however - it just depends on the person.
