The company continues to foster a very poor attitude towards employees. The company's historical legacy of being anti-Union is prevelant as is it's oppressive management style of employees

No communication, poor planning, first line supervisor's hands are tied by upper level management.
No continuity between departments. The business model is designed that each department only cares about it's own results, not for how decisions or quality impact other departments
