Worst management team I've ever worked for! Management plays favoritism, head games, LIES UPON LIES! Management will target and terminate if challenged!!!! No structure! SOME employees are cool though.

ZERO! Management is a JOKE! THEY WILL TARGET AND TERMINATE IF CHALLENGED! lies, head games, favoritism, more lies, making up rules to get what they want. They plot and scheme and whisper together about employees. They are puppets for corporate. DON'T TRUST ANY OF THEM.
The employees work hard and do their best to clean up the HUNDREDS of mistakes and wrong info. But employees have become defeated with the the new system and are starting to show that they just don't care any more. NOT WORTH IT
Freedom to work independently
You'd be lucky if you get through a single day without be hassled. Always yelling about one problem or another. ALWAYS PULLING YOU IN 5 DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS TO DO JOBS THAT AREN'T YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Can't even get your own work done
There is no communication. Everyone is on their own page. Important info is rarely communicated to fellow employees. Computer system is a joke! It's flawed and created more problems then its worth. Always the last to find out. But there is plenty of gossip that gets communicated!!!
we have male and female employees. But watch out! One person of management dislikes women and he shows it but demeaning them in front of other employees and targeting and sometimes terminating them for his own personal selfish reasons.

Overall compensation for your work
You have to beg for a raise. And if your lucky enough to get one.. pennies. Not worth all the hard work, stress and pressure. AT ALL
Office / Work Environment
TOXIC! No one cares about each other here because the stress and pressure are crushing their souls. No joke. I've seen this job destroy employees mentally and physically. It's sad
Management puts on a mask and a fake smile. Especially when corporate shows up! Wolves in sheep's clothing!!!! But some rare employees you do create bonds and friendships with. VERY FEW!
used to work lots of overtime every week if you wanted it. It was nice. But since corporate took over they cut overtime COMPLETELY! NONE FOR ANYONE. It was like taking a pay cut! More time at home and less money in your wallet. CHEAP!
They put on a good image. But that's all it is. Oh if only people could see behind closed doors...
Job security? Ive seen some fired over NOTHING. literally nothing. They were targeted by a member of management because he didn't like them. They lost a dedicated hard worker over literally nothing. Firings had NOTHING to do with work, at all. Lies and head games.
Im not sure ive ever seen a person with a disability or have seen any kind of structure applied for disabled persons.
HA!!!!! I'm shocked there hasn't been an injury yet. Fire hazards as far as the eye can see. Work area is always in a state of mess and chaos. Never a clear path. Its an obstacle course. It's a good thing we never have safety visits...
The work wouldn't be so bad if the system and process actually worked. But it doesnt. So it causes more problems and issues and mistakes and time and yelling and screaming. Not worth it
Inclusive / Diverse
We have a team of seamstresses from all cultures. That's where the diversity comes in. Every other employee is the same...
Suggestions for improvement
- THEY SHOULD START WITH REPLACING THE ORIGINAL MANAGEMENT. After they got bought out by corporate everything went downhill. Things ran smoothly without their presence. Awful insurance and crap benefits.
What I like about the company
The only good thing about this place is a steady work schedule. 8:30-5. The original owner was the only good thing. I feel sorry that his company is now a puppet for a money hungry corporate monster.
What I dislike about the company
Certain original members of mamagement will seek and destroy you if they want to. They are selfish egotistical people who purposely sabotage you and your work to get you out. Creating lie upon lie to make you ruin your reputation. HE IS THE PROBLEM. But corporate won't listen to its employees.
