Suggestions for improvement
- The CEO and VPs do not really understand what the front line workers do on a day to day basis. They would rather hire people fresh out of college with no experience and not pay a living wage. They do not understand that the job requires a certain skilllevel and experience and that in order to get good candidates we need to offer more competitive wages.
What I like about the company
I have been there for 14 years in various positions. My current position was designed specifically for me in order to best utilize my talents. I am well respected and liked among my peers.
What I dislike about the company
I disagree that our current CEO seems to value pedigree over experience. He would rather recruit upper level management based on where they got their degree rather than actual job experience. As a result we have some people in upper level positions thatreally don't know what they are doing and their contributions to the organization do not justify their inflated salaries.
