Suggestions for improvement
- Consider your workers when making decisions to change. Give clear and specific information regarding changes to come rather than perpetuating convolution and rumor and ultimately resorting to unpredictable staff / workforce reductions.
I like about the employer
Well known Fortune 500 company.
I dislike about the employer
Management is fragmented and does not communicate well with front line employees. Most decisions appear to be made with primary concern being shareholder equity. There appears to be little regard for employee well-being or workplace stability and morale.
