Teammates were great, but leadership lacked.
Teammates encouraged collaboration, but leaders did not
Freedom to work independently
Allows employees the flexibility to leave when their work is done, or work from remote places.
Lacks in transparency especially when it comes to higher up business decisions
Some pay disparity but okay with treatment of women and minorities
Attitude towards older colleagues
Younger generation. Older individuals not hired.
You're expected to work hard, but can have flexible schedules
Nonprofit work is hard and demanding. You're spread thin and expected to do as much as possible with little pay.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not a diverse office. Doesn't represent the people it serves.
Suggestions for improvement
- More training opportunities for leadership and individuals. Increase peoples pay. Allow room fro growth.
What I like about the company
Flexible work schedules, great teammates.
What I dislike about the company
Work on leadership. Seems like the top protects the to no matter what. Invest in leadership training and not millions into a product that doesn't work how you want, or international flights.
