Support from management

No support from management whatsoever. They will always try to make you out to be the problem even if you’re coming to them about an issue on the job

There is no freedom. You have to work too closely with other people

Internal Communication

You can never get anything resolved with management when you’re having an issue. They feel as though they’re always right no matter what, and if you go to upper management, they threaten to suspend you and remove you from the work schedule.

Career Development

No room for advancement

Overall compensation for your work

You’re never fully compensated for your OT or the holidays that you work. You don’t get breaks and you don’t get vacation time no matter how many years you’ve worked there. No bonuses and no employee appreciation. Ever.
