A small company that speaks of involving employees, but then secrets, meetings, and coalitions take place. Communication is not open and really doesn't occur often.
OSHA training provided. Facility has timed heat and there aren't any windows or central air conditioning.

Suggestions for improvement
- Open and clear expectations and communication. Employers should decide if they want to run company as a business or be friends with employees...can't pick and choose depending on the day. Employers should have faith and trust in themselves and in who they hire.
What I like about the company
Comaraderie between staff being that it's a small company, and the support from direct staff as a result.
What I dislike about the company
Secrets and misinformation was too common. Taxes we're always wrong and employees would always owe. No paid maternity leave, or even a policy addressing maternity leave. No job security or much room for advancement.
