Unity started to work well with others, the influence and incentives were great, helped with commending employees. Then everything was taken away, no birthday day OFF, no office support or commending one for a job well done.
Support from management
The worst supervisor EVER.
Is NOT a team-leader, refuses to help and support team, refuses to back employees, LIES, just HORRIBLE
not to mention entire Company non- team players. Everyone out for themselves.
Freedom to work independently
Not really relevant, except when working on a project you took over and are never told it is no longer yours, or leading a new employee as done before and not told you will no longer will. Communication is key and communication is lacking with this company.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long serving colleagues are unappreciated and NOT supported
Advancement was established, then taken away with no reason just new management came in and took over and felt the need to fun things differently when really the office was doing well without a manager
Overall compensation for your work
Lowest paying company
Office / Work Environment
Horrible noise, lack of patient confidentiality, work areas too small.
Everyone was aware of the environmental and social matters, however, no one wanted to help the other, support the other or say anything negative BECAUSE they might not have a job for fear of retaliation.
Everyone is held accountable for their actions, however, vacations should be by choice as well as call off. We earn the time, let the employee Choose when to use it. Family was never the issue, but never the excuse either.
yes and no
No job security, because their is no support of the team, everyone will throw someone under the bus
Accomplishment was great, however, Management and office lack in the appraising.
Inclusive / Diverse
I say NO but it is all around Horrible anyway.
Suggestions for improvement
- Revise the office managers, revise the district manager, revise the company that their are workers that care for them selves and will not be willing to help out EVER and their are employees who care with heart, dedication and understanding. Who treat everyone the same and do not hold others accountable for the choices they as Managers take. Pay attention to who you hire, because ignoring what takes place is showing lack of caring for others and the company.
What I like about the company
When I first started the employer was Wonderful, caring, willing to help and to go above and beyond. The moral was high and workers were willing to help.
What I dislike about the company
Hiring managers to lie, say they have done things but refuse teamwork and support
