There is no management, one leader based in Texas is dictatorial and totally in control and micromanaging.

The salaries can be high in order to keep attracting new staff to keep up with turnover. All other benefits are average or below
Office / Work Environment
There is flexible schedules, home-based work is allowed which is the best part of the working conditions
The challenge is to stay under the radar if you want to stay at the company. There is tremendous turnover and people come and go rapidly.

- New management. Refrain from allowing the bully to have free reign

There are some good people in the rank and file.
What I dislike about the company
There is nothing positive to say about the senior management or the culture. They're toxic, which is clear from the high employee turnover rate and frequent lay offs.
