Position Management/executive staff
Supervisors made the culture a nightmare to come into everyday.
Support from Management
Poor at best. Manager is inept at the COO position.
Co-workers were resistance to change.
Level of Autonomy
Lack of communication is a big reason why the company culture was lackluster.
I had to set up my office from scratch when I walked in on my first day. None of the print and software drivers were current. The actual offices were adequate.
