Not bad, everyone there shows the desire to want to see the company do well.
Support from management
Absolutely not. You're thrown to the wolves and expected to figure it out. But usually good about answering questions however they were never available to answer any of them most of the time.
No, this is probably the worst part of the job because everybody has that good ol boy mentality and there seems to be a lot of nepotism. You better hope you fit into the little groups because it is very cliquish.
Freedom to work independently
It appeared that way! That was never anyone around to assist with questions or explain their process and procedures.
No you're already expected to understand how they do business
Didn't notice any women size resources, administrative, or payroll type positions
Overall compensation for your work
The lowest pay I've made in 10 years
Office / Work Environment
Yes, you are provided with a company phone and computer
Initially they lead you to believe they are all about family but in the end it didn't seem that way
I was when I was there because they were the known company
Thought my job was secure but I was let go in a very chicken$hit way with no notice or warning. My immediate supervisor was present but didn't say a word to me nor would he make eye contact. Spineless. Wasn't given a reason
Excellent safety department
It was challenging because he didn't have anyone hardly available to help you with questions
Inclusive / Diverse
I never noticed anyone but your average white guy that worked in a plant
