Support from management
Leadership sets unrealistic and very unclear goals. Goals were set without involving employees so these goals were unrealistic to meet.
Every colleague that wasn't management worked well together to get things done because management had no idea what it took to get any task done.
There was no communication between management and staff. It was known company wide that there never was communication from management to staff as to what was to be done it was known as "the universal way"
Attitude towards older colleagues
There were multiple senior colleagues in the work place. Now if they weren't management or a supervisor.......they're ideas or suggestions were never taken seriously. Most of these colleagues had 20 - 30+ years experience and were never taken serious.
Inclusive / Diverse
Anyone below management and supervisor positions were never heard or taken seriously of any ideas that were considered to be safe, efficient or cost saving.
What I like about the company
I had a job until I was laid off because upper management received kickbacks to hire outside third parties.
What I dislike about the company
Midland TX: too many chiefs with unrealistic different wants and needs and not enough Indians to get it done.
