It's simple. The company doesn't care about its employees.
Support from management
Upper management shows they have no interest in the employees as advancement opportunities are almost non existent except for a select few, raises are non existent, and the is no vacation time or even affordable health care available. Field supervisors are hardly ever seen and the only time someone hears from middle management is when they want you to work extra hours or are in trouble.
