- Completely change the regional management and on site management.
I like about the employer
Fast advancement for those who can play politics well.
I dislike about the employer
Once you advance, you get no support and will be forced out within a year. The pay is horrible, there were no benefits. The regional manager was very rude. They constantly yell at employees, play favorites, do no care about performance as long as you will play ball with the things they do, even if it is shady. This job is the ultimate job for someone who is lazy and does not care about their performance.
