Suggestions for improvement
- New CEO, New CMO and new admissions leadership. Change admissions sales script to be less negative/hard sale. Change admission inquiry routing process. High school reps should not handle inquiries that are no longer in high school. Completely remove inquiry goals. Nobody past the marketing team should even see how many inquiries are being generated each month. Instead focus on enrollments and starts regardless of inquiry and allow marketing to optimize plans accordingly. CEO should not be telling marketing what media to be doing. CMO should be telling CEO this is that marketing plan and CEO needs to trust her marketing experts. The company needs to stop focusing so much on TV marketing. The target is way too young to be tv viewers. Tv buy should be lessened and concentrated on branding towards influencers instead of direct response towards prospects. There needs to be more brand awareness media in digital avenues like OTT and other online video services, digital and traditional radio would also be great and concentrating those efforts locally around the campuses. There is so much that needs to change!
What I like about the company
They have great work/life balance and do very well at being flexible for their employees in their time of need whther thats needing to take care of sick children, personal medical issues, or family emergencies.
