Suggestions for improvement
- Stop giving wildly unequal amounts of work to people in the same positions. Start paying an equitable amount to adjuncts.
What I like about the company
They did not use actual whips.
What I dislike about the company
I've never dealt with worse bosses or more unequal work assignments in my career. The amount of work given to different employees with the same positions varied wildly. In fact many employees with far less to do were in higher paid positions. Being an Adjunct Professor offered nearly the same compensation as being a burger flipper at McDonald's, but without the respect of one's bosses.
