Suggestions for improvement
- Policies are always changing and inaccurate versions are everywhere. Have one set of policies available to everyone and stick to the policy. There are more exceptions to the rule than actual rules. Communication from the top down also needs significant work.
What I like about the company
Given the liberty to do my job with no micro managing. Flexible hours allow me better work life balance. Benefits are amazing.
What I dislike about the company
HR department is disorganized and some members are catty and bitter. Executive management is hard to get face time with.
