- quit hindering employees from growing professionally.
bad morale in my department
they're always ready to fire you or move you at a movements notice. they always remind you how replaceable you are
it's pretty cut throats and everyone is out for themselves.
my manager micro manages.
policies and procedures change daily practically and management "forgets" to relay info to the frontline employees
Good culture beliefs just need follow through by management
Many great workers but still have many that are favored and do what they wish and get away with it
Management needs to work on communication amongst each other
No room for advancement
