The Company is amongst the best but they must focus on reviewing thier departments conduct...and holding them accountable for allowing tardiness, unfair treatment, favoritism and the lack of accountability and biased judgement.

There are no training opportunities except for the favorites Within the department and Management will punish you for identitying
There is no such thing as team work in the Materials Management Department with the leadership. This department is corrupt with toxic leaders who are self centered.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaged by the Director of the department.
No communication with CSuite leadership to address concerns or issues within the department.
The Coordinator in the Materiala Management Department is biased toward male member's and shows favoritism toward the female members in the department.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is a culture within the department that looks secretly down on older employees and the leadership will not promote or offer the older employees training.
You will not make progress in the department.
Office / Work Environment
The Materrials Management Department is the worse place to work and a very hostile environment.
Beware of the leadership who are in management and members who have been part of the Clicks in the department.
The lMaterials Management leadership will work you beyond the normal work hours and they do not promote balance of work and home.
Not challenging if not afforded training opportunities

University Health Systems is a trendsetter in promoting diversity. I commend the leadership.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove toxic leaders. Review department leaders who show favoritism, are biased and unfair. Do not wait for a year to review employee engagement rather every six months or 90 days conduct internal audits and surveys.
What I like about the company
The people, the clinical staff and UHS Senior leadership. Working with my teammates and the Manager.
What I dislike about the company
No proactive approach to addressing employee concerns. The Leadersip turns a blind eye to Fairness and due processes. No Employee should feel they are alone when they feel they are targets of toxic leader, management and colleagues.
