Suggestions for improvement
- quit hindering employees from growing professionally.
Peers are open to teaching and providing resources. Good camaraderie.
Famous word: Let us know if you need anything. As a manager, to a new employee, I would make it a point to visit with that new employee daily if not every other day to asses/ask questions. No assistance from mgmt on high acuity patients with extended length of stay.
overall good teamwork. Unprofessional conduct, pointing out issues in front of other staff, rather thank individually.
