No! The mgr is concerned with appeasing the clients at any cost. There is NO documentation handy for you to refer to for refreshing.
Freedom to work independently
I NEVER receive necessary information to do my job but I'm expected to provide excellent service. I have not been properly trained. There is no communication from management about changes. The mgr has never held a meeting to sort of get the whole team on 1 page. I THINK THE MANAGER NEEDS TO GO GET TRAINED ON HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE LEADER.

NO. nO ERgonomical equipment. No updated technology to refer to so I can effectively resolve callers issues.

I do feel peer pressure to work more hours. I've expressed how I am a single father with a young child at home. There is absolutely zero regard family time or personal time. I'm constantly scheduled to work late night or overnight hours even tho I've expressed my concerns.

- there should be documentation for each and every application that I support. How can I resolve a clients pc issue if I'm guessing about what they are talking about.
