Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees like people for long term retention.
The supervisors do not support the employees
The communication is horrible. The employees don't know what's happening from one day to the next
There is no equality from day to night shift. Rule are not followed and do not apply from person to person depending on who you are.
It depends on who uou are to get something you need. I have been trying for over a year to get a new computer setup for my back, but noone will help.
