University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is a wonderful stable work environment. And the benefits are...

Suggestions for improvement

  • There are certain individuals that make UMC less enjoyable but the overall community is good. Unfortunately with the union in place unless something is terribly wrong a single bad employee will not be called out.

What I like about the company

I've worked with UMC since 2016 and have nothing but positive experiences. The C-Suite leadership is particularly good and the benefits are the best I've ever seen.

What I dislike about the company

UMC has some areas where the employees seem to care less and it can bring morale down a bit but the overall community is very good.
