Support from management
Management will not take any constructive criticism and makes it hard on any employee that dares raise questions
Office / Work Environment
Really behind times in office, still only pays twice a month instead of every 2 weeks, does not want to move forward in electronic medical records.
Suggestions for improvement
- Office needs to move forward with modern technology. Still carries on as if it is 20 years ago. Management needs to realize all staff is a valued employee. Pay needs to go to every 2 weeks and not twice a month...
What I like about the company
I loved the staff for the most part.
What I dislike about the company
Unless you are a RN or NP, you are not a valued employed and treated poorly
